What will your challenges be?

• Coordinate and lead the medical affairs team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key opinion leaders, advisory boards, and medical societies.
• Stay updated with the latest scientific developments and bring relevant insights to the company
• Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignmentand synergy.
• Develop and implement medical plans to drive short and long-term engagement with healthcareprofessionals and increase brand awareness..
• Propose innovative strategies and initiatives to maintain competitive advantage.
• Analyze market insights and trends to inform decision-making and strategy development.
• Drive success in congress participation by overseeing planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Take on global responsibility, including liaising with affiliates and export partners to ensurealignment and consistency in medical marketing efforts.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education: University medical degree.
Experience: Over 5 years experience in a similar role.
Languages: English - High Level.
Others: Availability to travel.
