What will your challenges be?

Define, develop and implement regulatory strategies to ensure full compliance of ISDIN’s cosmetic and medical device activities with applicable regulations, while supporting business objectives.

Prepare, review and manage regulatory submissions, notifications and reports to the relevant regulatory authorities.

Coordinate and support responses to requests, questions or challenges raised by regulatory authorities, ensuring timely, accurate and consistent communication.

Act as a key regulatory partner to cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain), ensuring alignment of business activities with regulatory requirements.

Proactively monitor regulatory developments and legislative changes, assess their impact on ISDIN’s portfolio and operations, and propose implementation strategies.

Evaluate licensing and in-licensing opportunities from a regulatory and technical perspective (portfolio fit, timelines, procedures and feasibility).

Prioritise regulatory projects based on business strategy, risk assessment and regulatory complexity.

Support the Regulatory Policy Director in the continuous optimisation of internal processes to minimise regulatory risk and improve efficiency.

Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Regulatory Affairs team under their responsibility, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance.

Ensure expert knowledge and correct application of the relevant European regulations governing cosmetics and medical devices.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: A scientific and/or technical degree in the Health Sciences Field.
- Experience: Suitable further experience in Regulatory Affairs.
- Languages: English - High Level.
