What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Regional Retail Experience Manager. 

You will lead and coach the skin expert team of your region, delivering brand KPIs, sales targets, store activities while driving excellent customer service experience.

The main responsabilities will be the following: 

  • Cascade sell out targets, KPIs and monitor results on weekly basis, developing action plan 
  • Share weekly sell out report and KPIs with direct line manager and monitor monthly sell our reports
  • Be the day to day go to person for skin experts
  • Conduct monthly performance reviews, annual appraisals with appropriate action plan to ensure continuous development of skin experts
  • Coach, lead and develop the skin expert team in your region
  • Follow up on training sessions, coach and give feedback during POS visits
  • Set team meetings to cascade strategy and support skin expert in their day to day activities
  • Support new hiring and lead onboarding of new team members
  • Ability to understand sales data and  analyse pre and post activity 
  • Action and put in place the yearly store/ event experience strategy in the point of sales 
  • Coach the skin expert team to deliver a high level customer service, train them on the isdin customer experience and give them feedback when in the POS
  • Support brand visibility when visiting the POS and ensure merchandising guidelines are put in place by team
  • Build relationship with store managers and key retailer contact on the POS
  • Consolidate any competitor activities

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role.

Education: University Degree.

Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)

Others: This role requires 80 % of travel across Spain
