What will your challenges be?

  • Have a deep knowledge of the market, analyzing sales, distribution and MS KPI's and identifying market trends, to understand consumer behavior at the point of sale, evaluating the performance of brands and collaborating with MKT and TM in the fine tuning of established plans
  • Develop strategies for the channel: Create and execute effective commercial strategies collaborating with the different areas of Isdin to: Increase sales by identifying market opportunities, segmenting customers, and setting customer targets. Set priorities to create effective campaigns and successful launches, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing strategy.
  • Lead the team: Inspire, motivate and guide the team, providing training and tools to foster team development, setting clear objectives in a timely manner, constantly evaluating their progress towards them, in addition to creating effective routines, monitoring performance and attracting talent that improves the current team. 
  • Make Isdin an engine of customer growth with our categories: Ensure a positive customer experience, valuing the needs and desires of our customers, seeking solutions that add value to improve their results in the profitability of the categories in which we are present, in addition to supporting the team in negotiations with key customers.
  • Networking: Building and maintaining strong relationships both inside and outside the company, establishing valuable connections with COFs and key customers that can benefit the organization to create a welcoming and trustworthy environment for the company.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Experience: Leadership of sales teams of 100 pax or more, with ascendancy over direct managers, in the pharmaceutical sector or similar (FMCG, tobacco, HORECA, etc.) for at least 3 years.
  • Education: University degree in Economics or Business Administration and/or Health Sciences.
  • Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
  • IT: High  level knowledge of office tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Google.
