What will your challenges be?

• Accountable for team members development and career path clarity.
• Coach their direct reports and second level towards their professional development through 1x1 and others.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Responsible for employee satisfaction and motivational and engaging plans execution.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Monitor ROI and KPIs
• Stay up-to-date with HCPs digital media developments
• Ensure that the activities performed by the Markets team aim to get more engaged HCPs, pharmacists and beauty advisors ISDIN Lovers across the digital platforms (LOVE ISDIN) in the different countries
   

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University Degree in BA or equivalent
• Experience: emonstrated people motivation and development skills. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in business writing. Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously in a complex environment. Customer oriented, good analysis and communication skills
• Languages: Spanish and C1 Level of English
• Others: Excellent analytical and project management skills. Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
