What will your challenges be?
- Strategic Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate high-impact business and efficiency projects projects across the aflliate and corporate functions, supporting commercial and marketing teams to ensure best-in-class execution of commercial initiatives.
- Analyze processes, define action plans, and implement continuous improvements across the affiliate, ensuring maximum process automation and standardization to reduce manual workload and minimize execution errors.
- Design and lead customer prioritization models (HCPs/Pharmacies) using potential and behavioral analytics to ensure the commercial team focuses on high-value profiles.
- Coordinate SFE teams in the design of sales territories, targeting grids, and contact frequency models, while continuously optimizing and automating related processes to drive ongoing improvement.
- Incentive plan design: Develop and govern annual and four-month incentive schemes, ensuring selected KPIs drive the company’s strategic behaviors and business objectives.
- CRM Ecosystem SME: Act as the subject matter expert to maximize CRM usage, leveraging it not only as a database but as a real-time business intelligence tool.
- Target gobernance: Coordinate with Global SFE and Spain Finance teams to monitor incentive plans from a P&L and ROI perspective, ensuring optimization while providing commercial teams with the flexibility to adapt to market realities.
- High-impact dashboards: Design advanced dashboards that enable SAMs to proactively identify business deviations, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Market insights & analytics: Analyze and synthesize market data and insights, supporting both Commercial and Marketing teams in identifying opportunities, mitigating risks, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Experience: University degree (BA/BSc or Marketing equivalent)
Education: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
IT: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
