What are we looking for?

We are looking for a BITS Operations Technician.

What will your challenges be?

• Maintenance and improvement of the company's IT and communications systems (Corporate and Subsidiaries).
• Elaboration of proposals for improvement of corporate infrastructures.
• Dealing with suppliers for the implementation of changes in the systems.
• Creation and cancellation of users in the different computer systems of the company.
• Incident resolution at all levels.
• Support to the users of the company in the resolution of problems.
• Ensuring the proper use of the systems.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role.
• Education: University Degree or vocational training.
• Languages: English upper-intermediate.
