What will your challenges be?

• Lead and define design strategies from research to implementation that align with business targets and user satisfaction. Uses understanding of impact and success metrics to focus their team's efforts.
• Develop problem-framing approaches, use facilitation skills to engage cross-functional teams and establish new starting points that lead to new kinds of solutions.
• Conduct user research to gain insights into user behaviors, needs, and motivations, leveraging the findings to drive design decisions and guide UX designers through the iterative cycle of prototyping and delivery.
• Champion the user experience of our products and collaboratively define the product strategy with business, product owners, and engineering teams. 
• Monitor the live product to analyze incoming metrics, gather user feedback and oversee that content follows established guidelines.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Higher Degree or postgraduate studies related to UX.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a UX Researcher or Design Lead, with over 5 years of overall experience in UX roles.
• IT: Knowledge of Research tools such as Userzoom or Maze. Knowledge of Collaborative whiteboarding such as Miro or Figjam.
• Languages: High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Others: Strategic mindset. Excellent communication. Good facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
