What will your challenges be?

• Content creation: Develop high-impact training materials across different formats (presentations, infographics, SCORMs, videos...) while continuosly researching and implementing innovative learning tools and methodologies. 
• Program design: Implement tailored training programs for Isdin employees, adressing the specific strategic needs of each role (Corporate, Sales, Point of Sale teams, etc.).
• Global collaboration: Partner with affiliates and local training teams to provide training materials and sessions, proactively identifying and addressing opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Cross-functional synergy: Work closely with key areas (Marketing, Medical Marketing...) to ensure training content is scientifically accurate and aligned with brand communication strategies. 
• International distributors engagement: Design and execute specialized training programs for international distributors, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring global brand consistency. 
• LMS & analytics: Support the management of the LMS, monitoring KPIs and preparing comprehensive reports on training impact and ratios.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University degree in Health Sciences, such as Pharmacy. Additional education in Dermocosmetics or Food Suplements will be highly valued.
• Experience: 5 years performing similar functions.
• Languages: C1 English
