What will your challenges be?

• Work with Marketing to make the brand strategy compatible with the business strategy of the distribution channels (both physical and digital): materials, promotional plans, trade promotions, banners, images...
• Develop, implement and use the appropriate tools / KPIs to evaluate commercial effectiveness (distribution, IMS, launches, targets...).
• Be the interface between Marketing and Sales to maximize execution in all areas (sell in/out, stocks etc.)
• Analyze, define and implement the right strategy for each point of sale (POS materials, implementations, space management, category management, animations, rotation, ad-hoc actions), both for physical and digital customers.
• CRM: Manage the process from the initial idea to its implementation.
• Manage the Trade Marketing budget allocated to the channels under his/her responsibility.
• Coordinate with the Sales area the key account plans.
• Increase market share in the channels/customers under his/her responsibility.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Higher university degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, etc.
• Experience: 6 years in Trade Marketing or Marketing functions. In the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or FMCG sector
• Languages: B2 English
• Others: Willingness to travel (1 week per month)
