We are looking for a Customer and Category Development Specialist.

What will your challenges be?
- Point of Sale Execution and Acitvation
- Support the implementation of visibility and merchandising plans for key launches and campaigns across major retail accounts.
- Coordinate the development and execution of point-of-sale materials (displays, promotional packs, testers, and visibility elements).
- Maintain and update planograms to optimize shelf presence and category performance.
- Trade Performance Analysis
- Monitor sell-out performance, product rotation, and competitive activity across key customers (e.g., El Corte Inglés, Sephora, Druni).
- Track promotional effectiveness and support ROI analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to budget monitoring and performance reporting by customer and category.
- Key Account Trade Excellence
- Partner with Key Account Managers to develop customer-specific trade plans and presentations.
- Support the execution of the Trade Marketing Plan within strategic accounts, ensuring high standards of in-store excellence.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage visibility execution tracking through digital tools (e.g., YOOBIC) and ensure follow-up on identified actions.
- Coordinate external merchandising teams and monitor compliance with Perfect Store KPIs.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field for this role.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Pharmaceuticals, dermocosmetics or FMCG.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
- IT:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
- Familiarity with retail execution and space management tools (e.g., Spaceman).
