What will your challenges be?

• Work with Marketing to make the brand strategy compatible with the distribution channel's business strategy: materials, promotional plans, trade promos, etc.
• Develop, implement and use the appropriate tools / KPIs to evaluate commercial effectiveness (distribution, IMS, launches, objectives ...)
• Be an interface between the Marketing and Commercial Areas to maximize execution in all areas (sell in / out, stocks, etc.)
• Analyze, define and apply the appropriate strategy at each point of sale (POS materials, implementations, space management, category management, animations, rotation, ad-hoc actions).
• CRM: Manage the process from the initial idea to its implementation.
• Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Director the presence of the Company in Congresses and Events.
• Coordinate with different Areas of the Company the plan of scientific talks to doctors and pharmacists.
• Support the Bluewave Project ensuring a more sustainable impact on launches and events related to our products.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Higher University Degree.
• Experience: Over 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Languages: C1 English
