We are looking for a Toxicology Assistant

What will your challenges be?

• Processing, validation, and tracking of purchase orders (POs) and invoices related to suppliers in the R&D area.
• Organization and maintenance of the administrative documentation of the department.
• Preparation of expense and budget reports for the department.
• Monitoring of contracts and agreements with laboratories, CROs, and active ingredient suppliers, as well as approval of new CROs.
• Support in managing regulatory and administrative documentation for preclinical studies and toxicology trials.
• Coordination with accounting, procurement teams, and suppliers to ensure proper payment processing.
• Verification and reconciliation of invoices with pre-established contracts and agreements.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Degree or Vocational Training in Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-3 years in administrative roles, preferably in R&D, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or regulated sectors.
• Tools: ERP systems.
• Languages: Spanish and English is a nice to have.
