What will your challenges be?

• Responsible for the delivery of technical equipment
• Responsible for the quality of the technical team's deliveries.
• Defining the architecture and processes of the projects he is dealing with.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the product or organization.
• Translating the requirements of the PO into simpler and more detailed tasks, which he assigns to the technical team.
• Implementation of improvements in functional requirements.
• Motivation of the work team.
• Maintaining the flow of information.
• Supervise the technical work carried out by the developers team.
• Resolving the technical doubts of the team.
• Define the most optimal methodologies and techniques to solve the appearance of technical problems.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Coordination and validation of the developments carried out by the team.
• Facilitate collaboration between engineering, product, design, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Standardization of the implementation of methodologies to optimize the development processes.
• Control of processes and programming with the rest of the team.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: Previous experience of 5 years as a fullstack programmer. Experience in project management
• Education: University Degree.
• Languages: High level of English.
