We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

What will your challenges be?

• Collaborate with senior leadership to assess current and future talent needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, vendors, and other third-party partners to support talent acquisition objectives as needed.
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to stakeholders
• Represent the organization positively to candidates and promote the employer brand through various channels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment efforts.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, to enhance employer reputation and promote candidate referrals.
• Conduct follow-up and exit interviews of employees.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University degree in Psychology or similar.
• Experience: 4 years in talent acquisition.
• Languages: C1 Engish
