We are looking for a Supply Chain Transformation Delivery Specialist.

What will your challenges be?

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives, from diagnosis and design to implementation and stabilization (hypercare)
• Translate complex business challenges into structured problem-solving approaches and actionable roadmaps
• Drive process redesign and operational improvements across Supply Chain (demand & supply planning, manufacturing, logistics)
• Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities (ERP, planning tools, WMS, etc.)
• Coordinate and challenge external partners (consultants, system integrators) to ensure high-quality delivery
• Act as a key interface with senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and alignment across functions
• Lead implementation efforts on-site, ensuring adoption and sustainable impact
• Develop a holistic understanding of operations, anticipating cross-functional implications and risk
• Contribute to building scalable transformation capabilities within the organization

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: about 7 years of experience, ideally combining top-tier consulting (Big4, Accenture, Tier 2) and industry exposure
• Education: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• Languages: B2 English.
• Tools: Solid understanding of Supply Chain processes; experience with SAP or similar systems is a plus
