We are looking for a Strategic Innovation Specialist.

What will your challenges be?
- Coordinate laboratory areas to drive growth and improvement
- Generate, follow-up, coordinate and report the budget of the R&D area, including Projects, CECOs, CAPEX and Training
- Plan Innovation and Reformulations Pipeline
- Plan, coordinate and follow-up the Organic Portfolio Growth Booster
- Coordinate the Training Plan among all R&D areas
- Search, Introduce, Assess & Manage external developers & new CROs
- Manage Development contracts and CDAs with external developers and new CROs
- Support R&D areas during claims definition to improve internal management
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: Higher University Degree.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Languages: English - High Level
