What are we looking for?

The Engineering Manager will lead and inspire a team of engineers to develop and deliver high-quality products and solutions. This role involves overseeing engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment. The Engineering Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and successful project outcomes.

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to the engineering team.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
  • Recruit and retain top engineering talent.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and technical specifications.
  • Review and approve designs, code, and other technical deliverables.
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Promote the use of agile methodologies and other best practices in project management and development.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Foster a collaborative environment between engineering and other departments (e.g., product management, QA, operations).
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and roadmap development for the engineering department.
  • Encourage and support innovation within the team.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Education: University Degree.
  • Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
  • Others:
    • Proven experience in an engineering leadership role.
    • Strong technical background in [relevant technologies/fields].
    • Excellent project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
