What will your challenges be?

• Lead back-office functions, esp. calculation of objectives and incentives of the sales force
• Support analysis of market and customer performance
• Prepare KPI dashboards and reports
• Identify opportunities to improve ways of working and efficiency of the SFE team (e.g. processes, models, etc.)
• Provide support to SFE Specialists
• Data quality & master data management; incidence hunting

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University degree (BA/BSc or marketing equivalent) from an accredited university
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is a MUST
• Other: Excel advanced / power user; Powerpoint advanced, Experience in Tableau or Power BI a plus
