We are looking for a Retail & Partnership Manager.

What will your challenges be?

• Cascade sell out targets, KPIs and monitor results on weekly basis, developing action plan with store manager.
• Share weekly sell out report and KPIs with direct line manager and monitor monthly sell out reports.
• Be the day to day go to person for store manager.
• Support new hiring and lead onboarding of new team members.
• Ability to understand sales data and  analyse pre and post activity 
• Drive company set KPI’s and identifies strategies to ensure performance standards are met; 
• Establish with HQ event calendar and store experience to enhance customer experiences and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Develop and implement business action plans for Casa Isdin in collaboration with store manager to enhance sales for each product category.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Education: Bachelor Degree.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar role  in a retail environment.
Ability to analyse selling reports, identify business trends and react quickly to the needs of the business.
Languages: English C1.
