What are we looking for?

Generate technical knowledge of the raw materials portfolio. Develop and verify transversal requirements (regulatory/analytical/toxicological,...) to improve the quality, safety and sustainability of our ingredients. Work together with other R&D areas for the approval of innovative ingredients and additional suppliers for existing raw materials. We are looking for a proactive person with initiative and teamwork spirit who wants to contribute to developing the area and be able to face future challenges.

What will your challenges be?

• Definition of the raw materials approval strategy.
• Contact with suppliers. Request, review and classification of technical documents of raw materials for Cosmetic, Medical Device and OTC products.
• Coordinate the status of raw material approvals with all areas involved (Analytical Development, Formulation Development, Regulatory Affairs, Toxicology, Purchasing,...) .
• Lead the evaluation and implementation of new sustainability standards focused on ingredients.
• External partners approval management.
• Direct contact with Regulatory Affairs Area to develop the action plan for ingredients compliance.
• Digitalization and Data management

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Degree in Science Field (chemistry, pharmacy, biology). Desired: Project management
• Experience: 2-3 years in cosmetic sector in regulatory/technical areas applied to ingredients
• Languages: English – B2 /Advanced
• IT: MS Office, Google Professional, Drive environment, Cosmetic R&D (Coptis)
• Others: Proactive, Lead projects, teamwork, detail oriented, organized and structured person
