We are looking for a Raw Materials Manager.

What will your challenges be?

• Raw Materials team management. Define the growth strategy for the team
• Set team goals and control budget.
• Coordinate ingredient approvals for new products and evaluate additional suppliers. Define action plans to mitigate supply chain failures in collaboration with Supply. 
• Generate comprehensive technical knowledge of the raw materials portfolio.
• Ensure compliance to regulations for Cosmetics, Medical Devices, OTC products, and Food Supplements in the EU, US, China, and Latam, and develop action plans for future regulatory changes.
• Integrate sustainability practices in the supply chain, focusing on the origin, traceability, environmental impact, and social responsibility of ingredients.
• Develop regulatory, analytical, and toxicological standards to improve raw materials' quality and safety.
• Participate in supplier’s audits in coordination with QA
• Establish strong relationships with the company’s key suppliers and negotiate special needs and requirements

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: 5 years having similar responsibilities. 
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Science field
• Languages: English - High Level
