What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Assistant (temporary contract).

What will your challenges be?

• Quality system management: claims, change control, deviations, and CAPAs.
• Review, approval, and management of documentation for Corporate Areas: Clinical, Human Resources, Pharmacovigilance, Preclinical and Toxicology, Regulatory, Information Technology (IT), Purchasing, Supplies, Marketing, R&D Laboratory, Quality (SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), validations, transfers, specifications, analytical methods, change control, manufacturing methods, incidents, CAPAs...).
• Participate in External Audits of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) services of finished product manufacturers, packaging material, raw materials; External laboratories for microbiological, physicochemical, analytical development and stability controls; licensees and distributors; GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) for in vitro safety and efficacy studies; GCP (Good Clinical Practices) of CROs (Contract Research Organizations) for in vivo and clinical studies; GDP (Good Distribution Practices) of storage and transport and GVP (Good Pharmacovigilance Practices).
• Participate in Internal Audits.
• Writing and reviewing Quality Agreements.
• Review of manufacturing and batch control documentation from subcontracted manufacturers for release to the market.
• Validation of computer systems.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University degree or Master degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or similar.
• Experience: 1-2 years in similar role. 
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
• IT: Office proficiency. Basic SAP.
