What will your challenges be?

• Design and implement strategies to build and enhance the digital community for pharmacists and doctors globally.
• Develop and execute a global strategy for the digital B2B community that aligns with the company’s overall objectives and meets local market needs.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to ensure community activities align with the company’s strategies.
• Collaborate with local teams to adapt global strategies to fit local market specifics.
• Lead and manage a team responsible for the digital B2B community across various markets, providing guidance and support to achieve goals.
• Monitor and analyze key platform metrics to evaluate the success of initiatives and report findings to top management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the digital community strategies.
   

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: More than 5 years in a similar role. 
• Education: University Degree.
• Languages: English high level.
