We are looking for a Pharmacy Sales Manager.

What will your challenges be?

 

  • Manage and develop the sales team (Sales Representatives and SOPs), ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Ensure the effective execution of the commercial plan in terms of Sell-In and Sell-Out, including distribution, visibility, promotional activities, activation, and digitalization.
  • Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, taking swift corrective actions when needed to ensure the achievement of territory objectives.
  • Support the team in complex negotiations and resolve operational or commercial issues in collaboration with Trade and Customer Care teams.
  • Promote close collaboration with the Skin Experts and VM Oral & Dermo teams to maximize business impact across the territory.
  • Work closely with the SAM, providing field insights and recommending action plans to improve execution and overall commercial performance.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

 

  • Education: University degree is desirable. 
  • Experience: At least 4 years leading or supporting commercial teams within the pharmacy channel.
  • Knowledge: Solid knowledge of in-store execution, Sell-Out plans, and commercial KPIs.
  • Other: Availability to travel frequently across the assigned territory.
