We are looking for a Performance Controlling Specialist.

What will your challenges be?

• Monitor and forecast corporate marketing costs in collaboration with marketing teams, analyzing deviations versus forecast and identifying key drivers.
• Act as a business partner to corporate marketing teams, providing financial insight and support on different business projects and initiatives.
• Consolidate marketing expenditures from 14 international affiliates, identifying and explaining key variances versus prior year and forecast.
• Support local controlling teams by developing global frameworks and tools for analyzing and forecasting marketing spend.
• Conduct sales variance analysis, consolidating input from various countries to build a unified understanding of company-wide performance.
• Define and enforce financial allocation guidelines for marketing and commercial expenses across all affiliates.
• Participate in the financial month-end closing and consolidation processes.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education:University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally in a corporate role within a multinational company, supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Tools: Advance excel skills
