We are looking for a Performance Controlling Specialist.

What will your challenges be?

• Elaborate and analyze the Company's economic and financial reporting (balance sheet, P&L, cash-flow...) and other specific reports with an impact on the Company's results.
• Support the Management Control Manager in the annual budgeting process, giving support to the other areas of the company and preparing the final budget that serves as a guide for the planned activity in the year.
• Elaborate and analyze profit and loss accounts by product and client, identifying deviations over budget and their causes.
• To monitor costs by area and by type of expense, versus budget.
• To be responsible for the operation and exploitation of the financial and business information management system.
• To monitor key indicators in the areas of sales, production, stocks, etc. with an impact on the Company's management, helping to set objectives.
• Manage the processing of information and the simulation of scenarios to support decision-making, operational and strategic processes.
• Be part of specific projects and initiatives for the continuous improvement of the Company's management.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: University degree, preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics.
• Experience: 3 years in Management Control Department in FMCG multinationals and/or Big Four Consulting.
• Languages: B2 English.
