What will your challenges be?

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners in international markets.

• Identify and evaluate international business opportunities, including market trends and competitor analysis.

• Establish brand identity and aspirational positioning, ensuring competitive relevance in highly contested categories.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement entry and expansion plans in new markets.

• Execute effective communication campaigns that contribute to brand visibility and market recognition.

• Lead market entry strategies for major retail chains and collaborate with internal teams for expansion plans.

• Oversee international initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and efficient execution.

• Monitor account performance and prepare reports on market status and growth opportunities.

• Provide training to local teams on account management best practices and represent the brand at international events.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: More than 5 years in a similar role. In the Oral care sector.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Languages: English – High Level
