What will your challenges be?
- Lead the implementation of an integrated omnichannel strategy for the medical sales channel, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints, including digital channels and traditional medical visits.
- Develop and coordinate the communication strategy for virtual medical sales visits (long-term).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Sales, Community, Marketing, Medical Marketing, Social, Relationships), leverage digital platforms and tools, and drive data-driven decision-making to optimize channel performance and achieve business objectives.
- Play a crucial role in fostering innovation and promoting a customer-centric approach to improve relationships and engagement rates with the medical community.
- Define and develop key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of omnichannel initiatives and to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support and develop strong relationships with external partners, such as digital agencies and technology providers, to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in omnichannel marketing.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, customer engagement, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Experience: More than 3 years in a similar position.
- Education: University Degree in Marketing, Business or any other related fields.
- Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
- IT: Experience with AI highly desired.
