What will your challenges be?

Key Responsibilities

  • Scientific Leadership
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned Business Unit, providing strategic medical guidance and ensuring scientific consistency across all initiatives.
  • Identify and translate new scientific insights, clinical evidence, and trends into opportunities for innovation in products and communication.
  • Lead the generation, review, and approval of scientific and promotional materials, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with medical strategy.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality scientific narratives that strengthen brand positioning and credibility among healthcare professionals and consumers.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, R and D, and Regulatory Affairs to design and implement integrated medical strategies that support key launches and brand priorities.
  • Partner with Clinical, Preclinical, and Regulatory areas to validate and enhance product claims, supporting differentiation through evidence-based communication.
  • Contribute to portfolio development by identifying unmet needs, emerging
  • technologies, and new concepts aligned with the company’s innovation roadmap.

OPGB (Organic Growth Portfolio) Evidence generation

  • Coordinate all medical-related aspects of OPGB studies, ensuring efficient execution and scientific excellence.
  • Define the most appropriate strategy for data dissemination — selecting the optimal format (poster, publication, or other) and timing (e.g., key congresses) to maximize scientific and brand impact.
  • Ensure scientific rigor and strategic alignment of each study with brand objectives and overall business priorities.
  • Proactively propose new study initiatives based on scientific insights, market observations, and unmet strategic needs to support organic brand growth.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with study owners and cross-functional teams to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and secure timely delivery of results.

Medical Education and External Engagement

  • Lead scientific training programs for internal teams, healthcare professionals, and
  • strategic partners, ensuring alignment and scientific excellence.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), fostering meaningful scientific exchange and collaboration opportunities.
  • Represent the company in congresses, symposia, and expert meetings, acting as a credible ambassador of the brand’s science.
  • Ensure the organization and scientific quality of symposia, advisory boards, and independent meetings with experts.

Team and Process Development

  • Ensure continuous improvement by proposing new SOPs and optimizing existing processes for greater agility and impact.
  • Maintain and update the KOL database and medical documentation to ensure accessibility and data quality.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Experience: A minimun of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: University Degree in Life Science
  • Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
