We are looking for a Marketplaces Key Account Manager (Seller Europa + Vendor Accounts).

What will your challenges be?
Business:
- To manage Amazon Seller accounts across four EU countries (Spain, Italy, Germany, and France), collaborating closely with internal stakeholders—including Logistics, Customer Care, Finance, Marketing, and Acquisition teams—with a primary focus on building win-win strategies with the Vendor Key Account Managers (KAMs) in each country.
- To manage Amazon Vendor accounts for 2 EU countries, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and optimizing performance through strategic coordination.
Advertising:
- To define the advertising strategy and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns on Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Ads), including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brand Videos, and Display Ads.
Catalogue:
- To ensure content accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints, including thumbnails, A+ content, Brand Store, advertising creatives, titles, and product descriptions.
- To continuously optimize product listings to enhance discoverability and conversion.
- To manage internal content management tools (PIM/DAM) to ensure digital shelf excellence and consistency.
Analysis:
- To monitor core KPIs of the Amazon Retail business across multiple accounts—including sell out, glance views, price dynamics, Buy Box percentage, conversion rate, stock levels, and units sold—to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- To deeply understand each market’s specific context, the role of Amazon in each country, and the dynamics of individual accounts, applying this knowledge—alongside market analysis—to achieve sales targets and identify growth opportunities.
Project Management:
- To manage new projects that can drive incremental growth for marketplaces
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Experience: Experience in the digital world and at least 3 years of professional experience managing Amazon business using: Amazon Seller, Amazon Vendor, Amazon Advertising.
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar
- Languages: Fluent level of English and Spanish
- Others: Good knowledge of Excel or Google sheets.
