We are looking for a Logistics Operations Manager.

What will your challenges be?

  • Define and lead the global logistics operations strategy, aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

  • Oversee the end-to-end operating model (warehousing, delivery, returns, maintenance, and associated services).

  • Hold ultimate responsibility for global delivery planning and execution excellence, ensuring SLA compliance.

  • Lead operational support for new business projects, ensuring the logistical feasibility of new channels and markets.

  • Drive continuous improvement and operational transformation through process optimization and standardization.

  • Lead international strategic projects (operator transitions, new implementations, logistics network design).

  • Manage the operations P&L, controlling costs, investments, and overall efficiency.

  • Lead cost and performance benchmarking across countries, identifying synergies and optimization opportunities.

  • Lead and develop key operational leaders, ensuring alignment and accountability.

  • Manage the strategic relationship with logistics operators, acting as a business partner and technical reference point.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

Experience: 8–10 years of experience in international logistics operations, leading teams and managing complex environments.
Education: University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Industrial Organization, Logistics, or similar). Postgraduate degree or Master’s in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations.Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
IT: SAP.
