We are looking for a Key Accounts & Institutional Partnerships Specialist.

What will your challenges be?
- Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with the sales area teams from third parties companies, ISDIN Export partners, ISDIN subsidiaries, and Key Institutions for ISD (medical societies, universities, pharma companies, hospitals, etc.).
- Drive commercial results by identifying new business opportunities, co-creating impactful initiatives, and negotiating partnership agreements (funding, accreditations, sponsorships).
- Lead day-to-day operations of each account, from prospecting to post-mortem analysis (dashboards, KPIs, learnings).
- Collaborate and Build a wide and successful internal network of relations and connection cross-functionally with Marketing, Learning Office, Scientific Office, and Finance to ensure high-standard execution of all agreements.
- Contribute to the overall Business Development roadmap and to the creation of scalable B2B proposals (courses, events, co-branded programs)..
- Contribute to the organization in key events, congresses, and industry forums to represent ISD and build pipeline.
- Regular reporting of results and risks, with an always-on business mindset and strong focus on economic return.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in
- multinational or healthcare/education environments.
- Education: University Degree in any related field.
- Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
- IT: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Others:Strong problem-solving mindset, hands-on attitude, and ability to work autonomously.
