What will your challenges be?

  • Build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with the assigned customers and collaborate with them to maximize business KPI (turnover, business mix, profit, level of investment, stock management, in store execution excellence).
  • Leading the day-to-day business of the accounts, with a specific focus on the development of the business within the assigned channels, in coordination with both the line and functional manager; contribute to build a business development frame which maximizes business opportunities and drives sustainable financial growth.
  • Negotiate and agree assortment, share of space and location at sub-channel level (hotels & resorts, theme parks, specialists and sports), in line with the retail excellence targets and ambition, defined with the Trade Marketing team.
  • Fair share of strategic and operational tasks, to ensure the whole spectrum - from customer identification to Sell-Out post mortem analysis - is covered
  • Foster the development of Love Isdin community within the assigned customers with the ambition of maximizing the number of Isdin lovers to interact with the Brand 
  • Build a wide and successful internal network of relations and connections with different areas such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service to ensure account management and support is executed with high standards, in a cooperative spirit.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field for this role; an MBA would be desired
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years experience in sales and commercial roles in a multinational working environment.
  • Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
  • IT: Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Others: Barcelona based; willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, depending on the period of the year
