We are looking for an Intellectual Property Manager.

What will your challenges be?

  • Conduct international trademark clearance, risk analysis, and legal feasibility assessments.

  • Develop and implement global strategies for trademark and product protection and enforcement.

  • Manage trademark portfolios, including filings, oppositions, renewals, and enforcement actions worldwide.

  • Provide legal guidance on brand architecture, product naming and global launch strategies.

  • Negotiate, draft, and review complex IP-related agreements including but not limited to trademarks: licensing, assignments, coexistence, confidentiality, collaboration, and distribution agreements.

  • Provide legal support for copyright-related matters including but not limited to licensing of creative content, digital assets, advertising campaigns, audiovisual works, software, IA, etc. 

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and effective use of IP assets.

  • Monitored legal developments and market trends to propose proactive IP strategies.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: University degree in law with specialization in industrial and intellectual property. Strong knowledge of international trademark laws and procedures (EU, US, LatAm, Asia). 
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in trademark/patent field as a legal attorney or in an industrial property agency. Proving experience in negotiating and drafting contracts in both English and Spanish.
  • Languages: C2 English
