What will your challenges be?
- Work together with other stakeholders in the preparation of a long term Innovation calendar.
- Sourcing of new manufacturers / Suppliers and negotiation with them.
- Ensure the good management of the Sourcing part of the New Launch process.
- Alignment with other stakeholders on the timings and activities required in the development of new products
- Ensure that all procured items meet required quality standards and specifications
- Work on cost reduction after launch without affecting quality ( Agile)
- Promote Lean vision in manufacturing and sourcing processes.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: University Degree or Higher Vocational Training. Project management - Innovation Processes
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience performing similar functions
- Languages: English B2 spoken and written
- IT: Office proficiency. SAP knowledge
