What will your challenges be?
Environmental Safety: Conduct toxicological assessments of ingredients to ensure safety for consumers and the environment.
Evaluate potential environmental impacts of products throughout their lifecycle.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to mitigate risks associated with product formulations.
Sustainability Compliance: - Ensure that products comply with global sustainability regulations,Stay informed on evolving regulatory frameworks and proactively adjust practices to maintain compliance.
- Integrate sustainability considerations into product development and ingredient sourcing.
Strategic Alignment with ISDIN Sustainability Goals: - Develop and implement strategies to align the company’s products and practices with its sustainability objectives.
- Monitor resource usage and environmental impact, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Communicate sustainability achievements and initiatives clearly on the company’s website and other channels.
Environmental Security and Best Practices: - Research and incorporate Europe’s best practices in regulatory sustainability standards.
- Advocate for environmental security across the product portfolio, ensuring responsible resource use.
- Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of the company’s products.
Provider Engagement and Collaboration: - Maintain regular communication with providers to ensure ingredient compliance with safety and sustainability requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to develop innovative, eco-friendly solutions for ingredients and packaging.
- Conduct audits and assessments to verify adherence to environmental and safety standards.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Toxicology, Sustainability, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental safety, toxicology, or sustainability management.
In-depth knowledge of global and European sustainability regulations and best practices.
Tools:Strong analytical and research skills to assess environmental and safety impacts.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and align them with strategic goals.
Languages:Multilingual abilities (including Spanish) are highly desirable.
Other: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
