We are looking for an Ingredients and Sustainability Manager.

What will your challenges be?

• Environmental Safety: Assess the toxicological safety of ingredients to ensure consumer and environmental safety
• Analyze the environmental impact of products throughout their lifecycles
• Collaborate with the Innovation and Development teams to mitigate risks in formulations.
• Sustainability Compliance: Ensure compliance with global sustainability regulations
• Anticipate regulatory changes and adapts strategies accordingly.
• Integrate sustainability criteria into product development and sourcing
• Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement strategies aligned with ISDIN's sustainability objectivs.
• Monitor environmental impact and propose improvements.
• Communicate sustainability achievements and initiatives.
• Environmental Security and Best Practices: Research and implement European
• Lead initiatives to reduce environmental footprint
• Promote responsible use of resources.
• Provider Engagement: Manage relationships with suppliers regarding safety and sustainability
• Collaborate on the development of innovative and sustainable solutions
• Conduct audits and assessments.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry Engineering or similar.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ingredients development and/or environmental safety, toxicology, or sustainability.
  In-depth knowledge of global and European regulations in cosmetics and ingredients sustainability.
• Tools:Strong analytical and research skills to assess environmental and safety impacts. Proven ability to manage complex projects and align them with strategic goals.
• Languages: English C1. Additional languages are a plus.
