We are looking for an Ingredients and Sustainability Manager.

What will your challenges be?
- Environmental Safety: Assess the toxicological safety of ingredients to ensure consumer and environmental safety
- Analyze the environmental impact of products throughout their lifecycles
- Collaborate with the Innovation and Development teams to mitigate risks in formulations.
- Sustainability Compliance: Ensure compliance with global sustainability regulations
- Anticipate regulatory changes and adapts strategies accordingly.
- Integrate sustainability criteria into product development and sourcing
- Strategic Alignment: Develop and implement strategies aligned with ISDIN's sustainability objectivs.
- Monitor environmental impact and propose improvements.
- Communicate sustainability achievements and initiatives.
- Environmental Security and Best Practices: Research and implement European
- Lead initiatives to reduce environmental footprint
- Promote responsible use of resources.
- Provider Engagement: Manage relationships with suppliers regarding safety and sustainability
- Collaborate on the development of innovative and sustainable solutions
- Conduct audits and assessments.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry Engineering or similar.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in ingredients development and/or environmental safety, toxicology, or sustainability.
In-depth knowledge of global and European regulations in cosmetics and ingredients sustainability. - Tools:Strong analytical and research skills to assess environmental and safety impacts. Proven ability to manage complex projects and align them with strategic goals.
- Languages: English C1. Additional languages are a plus.
