What will your challenges be?
Employee Community
- Coordinate and execute the annual internal communication plan, ensuring consistent and engaging communication across the organization.
- Create, adapt, and publish internal communication content through the company's different communication channels.
- Coordinate worldwide communication campaigns linked to People initiatives, including wellbeing, recognition, diversity, learning, and corporate events.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify communication needs and ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company's culture and values.
- Monitor employee engagement and communication metrics, proposing improvements based on feedback and results.
- Create and coordinate internal events and employee engagement initiatives that strengthen company culture and foster a sense of belonging (focus: employee engagement).
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and attract top talent aligned with business priorities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with external recruitment partners when required.
- Ensure an excellent onboarding experience for new hires in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Conduct employee follow-up and exit interviews, gathering insights to improve the employee experience and retention.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and identify opportunities to continuously improve hiring effectiveness.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
- Education: University degree.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a genuine interest in developing internal communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Languages: High level of English.
