What will your challenges be?

  • Responsible for the management, auditing, and improvement of customer-related processes and procedures.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
  • Coordinate the information flows of the Group (Sales & Supply Teams) with customers and operational teams.
  • Responsible for the corporate “Order-to-Cash” process (both B2B and B2C).
  • Identifies customer service trends and determines system improvements.
  • Coordinate with the different internal areas and external providers for an excellent execution of the commercial, marketing and digital initiatives agreed with the clients / consumers.
  • Responsible for Customer Experience in the different communication channels of customers with ISDIN.
  • Support the Bluewave project managing the impact and value created for our customers or consumers by managing our customer service feedback or complaint mechanisms.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: Higher University Degree.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Languages: C1 English
  • IT: Excel. CRM Salesforce Knowledge and ERP SAP knowledge.
