We are looking for a Digital Operations Specialist.

What will your challenges be?
- Define and implement procedures to increase the efficiency of digital operations (content, web, marketplaces, retailers, paid media).
- Define requirements for the implementation of digital tools to improve departmental operations, decision-making, and analysis.
- Promote the use of available digital tools across the company.
- Work with teams to define data models that support the creation of dashboards.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Experience: Minimun 2-3 years in a similar role (process optimization and project management).
Education: Studied Engineering, ADE, Business or similar
Languages: English – High Level
Others: Knowledge of systems architecture and data models.
