We are looking for a Customer and Category Development Manager.

What will your challenges be?

  • Define assortment, distribution, visibility (primary and secondary) and campaigns plan on the assigned category aligned with marketing plans.
  • Share with sales the trade marketing plan of the assigned category.
  • Define perfect store execution plan by channel.
  • Responsible for the analysis of Isdin performance in the market for the assigned category comparing with competitors. 
  • Define trade stories template for all the customers.
  • Define generic pos materials to be implemented in the different channels by campaign or always on.
  • Work with KAM / SAM  as a tandem  in customers plans ensuring that plans are aligned with Isdin strategy.
  • Prepare and present trade stories for customers meetings.
  • Support KAM with all the necessary materials for executing the campaigns in the customers.
  • Track excellence execution in assigned customers according to perfect store plan.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges working together with KAM.
  • Analyze customer performance.
  • Optimize and control of the assigned budget per category and customer ensuring a proper ROI management.
  • Coach and develop the junior profile on the team.

 

 

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field for this role
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in trade marketing &/or sales 
  • Languages: English
  • Other: Excellent communication and persuasion skills. 
    Organizational and interpersonal abilities, able to deal with different external and internal stakeholders, strong  collaborative attitude.
    Strong analytical skills, able to identify opportunities within a large amount of data.
