What will your challenges be?

  • Trade Strategy and Team Management. 
    • Lead and develop the Trade Marketing team, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and brand objectives.
    • Design and coordinate the annual Trade Plan by channel and customer together with Marketing and Sales teams.
  • POS Execution and Visibility
    • Supervise the implementation of POS visibility strategies, launches, and promotional materials across channels.
    • Ensure excellence in execution through the management of external merchandising teams (GPVs).
  • Business Analysis and Budget Management
    • Monitor sell-out performance and campaign results for key clients and categories.
    • Manage and optimize the Trade Marketing budget, ensuring profitability and ROI of promotional activities.
  • Client Support & Operational Excellence
    • Support KAMs in strategic meetings with key accounts and in the development of customer growth plans.
    • Monitor Perfect Store KPIs and drive continuous improvement using tools such as YOOBIC.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: Master degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or any other relevant field for this role.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in trade marketing or commercial management including at least 2 years managing direct teams. 
  • Languages: Fluent English and Spanish. 
  • IT:
    • Advanced proficiency in Excel. 
    • Knowledge and supervision of space management tools (Spaceman) and POS control tools (YOOBIC)
