We are looking for a Customer Service Administrative Assistant for the Italian market.

What will your challenges be?

  • Participation in the administrative management of the order-to-cash process. 
  • Coordination with the different areas of Isdin to provide excellent customer service.
  • Making improvement proposals to provide better customer service.
  • Influencing the organization in the search for excellence in customer service.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: Diploma/Licentiate.
  • Experience: 2 years working in call center performing commercial functions.
  • Languages: Native Italian. Spanish C1. English B2
  • IT: Proficiency in MS Office
