What will your challenges be?

 

  • Coordinate Isdin Talks, Innovation Summits, sales carts, and challenges with the Spanish Community / Love Isdin.
  • Calculate customer rewards (€ and points): challenges, Kahoots, and event attendance.
  • Assign points to customers and process customer credits.
  • Process sell-out experience credits.
  • Launch the LIPS program.
  • Manage incidents with the Call Center: escalation process.
  • Coordinate with Love Isdin and the Community.

 

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: University Degree or Higher Education Diploma
  • Experience: Customer Service Back Office or Supply Chain area
  • Languages: 
  • IT: Advanced level in Excel, SAP, CRM
