What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with a native level of French.

What will your challenges be?


  • Manage contacts with customers and consumers in coordination with the Call Center (questions about order status, product features, product usage, Isdin as a company, Love Isdin platforms, etc.).
  • Manage operational issues with external sales force: sales portfolio, pricing and commercial conditions.
  • Coordinate the operations of logistics operators (product entry and customer orders).
  • Perform back office tasks innate to Customer Care.
  • Order management (from order entry to shipment to customers).
  • Management of campaigns: coordination of deliveries to customers with the logistics operator, Supply, Marketing and Sales teams of the subsidiary
  • Manage customers' product returns
  • Maintain customer and product master data (with the logistics operator).


Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: University degree with a focus in customer service
  • Experience: 3 years of experience as in related areas
  • Languages: Native French and fluent Spanish. 
  • IT: Excel. CRM Salesforce knowledge and ERP SAP knowledge
