What will your challenges be?

  • Design, implement and ensure the monitoring of the front-office Customer Care to guarantee an excellent experience to our customers at the lowest cost.
  • Monitor dashboard (KPIs) of key processes.
  • Be a Key user of Salesforce.
  • Being the link between the Customer Care Area and the different areas of Isdin (Commercial, Marketing, IT, Love Isdin, Supply, Finance, Quality) to ensure that the defined business actions can be executed excellently.
  • Ensure effective management of the Contact Center.
  • External orientation: conduct benchmarking (processes, service providers, work tools) and attend Customer Experience events/seminars.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: University degree with a focus in customer service
  • Experience: 3 years of experience as in related areas
  • Languages: C1 English
  • IT: Excel. CRM Salesforce knowledge and ERP SAP knowledge
