What will your challenges be?

• Financial Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting: Own and monitor headquarters cost structure, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts for assigned areas
• Analyze cost evolution, identify risks and opportunities, and actively challenge spend
• Ensure a high level of financial control by validating that relevant costs are properly recorded, collaborating closely with accounting teams to maintain a reliable financial picture
• Business Partnering:Support and influence decision-making through financial analysis, budgeting, and scenario modeling
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor
• Promote a culture of accountability by constructively challenging assumptions and cost structures
• Group Reporting & Performance Analysis: Collaborate with finance teams across international subsidiaries to collect and understand financial information
• Prepare consolidated reporting and performance analysis at group level
• Identify key trends, deviations, and business drivers across markets
• Projects & Finance Transformation: Play an active role in key finance transformation initiatives
• Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects to improve financial processes, data quality, and efficiency.
• Support the evolution and automation of planning and reporting tools

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Education:University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, controlling or similar roles, ideally in a corporate role within a multinational company.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Tools: Advance excel skills. Experience with tools such as SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other BI Solutions is a plus.
