What are we looking for?

We are looking for a a Consumer Care Specialist (Temporary contract).

What will your challenges be?

Contact Center Management:

• Monthly operations planning
• Weekly operational performance monitoring
• Definition of procedures and manuals
• Resolution of escalated cases and creation of knowledge base
• Training of the contact center team

Internal After-Sales Management:

• Coordination of internal activities (LOVEISDIN, events, updates)
• Management of customer service related to products
• Customer service on social media
• Resolution of IT incidents
• Management of operational after-sales
• Handling of special administrative tasks and experiences

Internal Operations Management:

• Daily order supply
• Management of monetary returns
• Resolution of payment issues and blocked orders
• Back-office operational tasks

Launches:

• Leadership in the development of operations for new changes
• Post-launch hypervigilance periods
• Reporting of incidents and definition of solutions

Are you the one we are waiting for?

• Experience: More than 3 years in a similar role.
• Education: University Degree.
• Languages: English upper-intermediate (B2)
