What will your challenges be?

  • Responsible for managing the relationship with FEFAC to compensate pharmacies for applied discounts.
  • Responsible for the operational management of the Spanish Concept Store regarding orders, launches, and invoicing, and acting as the point of contact with the corporate store manager and the store manager.
  • Providing support to the various Concept Stores opened by Isdin worldwide (currently two stores in Mexico).
  • Responsible for the operational management of the Spanish Back-to-School campaign in collaboration with the Community team and the Call Center.
  • Responsible for Isdin Repo: overseeing daily operations to ensure correct transfer management by wholesalers, resolving incidents escalated from the Call Center, and working with the BITs/Sales teams to improve the system.
  • Responsible for managing POS material, display, or pack quotas between subsidiaries and Spanish clients.
  • Point-of-sale experiences: coordination with the Spanish Commercial team in managing customer compensation for promotions carried out at the point of sale.
  • Training and control of all activities.

Are you the one we are waiting for?

  • Education: University Degree in Economics / Business Administration and Management.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role. 
  • Languages: High level of English and Spanish. 
  • Others: Proficiency in Excel, Strong data analytical skills, Business-oriented with the goal of facilitating win-win relationships with other areas.
